Our history
ARGIS, an Integrated Capital Management firm founded by Alejandro Schuvaks and Carlos Zucchi, began its activity in Spain in 2015. Our first milestones came with the acquisition and refurbishment of an asset on Núñez de Balboa, followed shortly after by the conversion of an office building on Divino Pastor into 23 residential units in the heart of Madrid. Both achievements established us as pioneers in the transformation of real estate assets.
In 2019, with the incorporation of Carlos Zucchi as Partner and CEO, we accelerated our expansion and consolidation in the Spanish market, evolving into an investment management firm specialized in residential assets and innovative real estate projects.
Today, with over a decade of experience in the Spanish real estate market and a multidisciplinary team of more than 30 professionals, we integrate investment, development, and operations within a unified management model. This approach enables us to anticipate market trends, access exclusive opportunities, and generate sustainable value for our investors—as well as for the cities and communities where we operate.

The true value of ARGIS lies in its multidisciplinary team, which brings together capital, vision, and management to transform every stage of the asset lifecycle into projects with urban impact and sustainable value.
