In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter RGPD), Law 34/2002 of 11 July, on information society services and electronic commerce (hereinafter, LSSI-CE) and the Organic Law 3/2018, of Personal Data Protection and guarantee of digital rights, ARGIS ASSET MANAGEMENT, SL guarantees the protection and confidentiality of personal data, of any type that our clients provide us with, in accordance with the provisions of the General Personal Data Protection Regulation.
The Data Protection Policy of ARGIS ARGIS ASSET MANAGEMENT, SL is based on the principle of proactive responsibility, according to which the person responsible for the treatment is responsible for the fulfilment of the normative and jurisprudential framework, being able to demonstrate it to the corresponding control authorities.

Purpose of the treatment: What will we use your data for?
All the data provided by our clients and/or visitors to the ARGIS ASSET MANAGEMENT, SL website or its personnel, will be included in files, automated or not, created and maintained under the responsibility of the same, essential to provide the services requested by the users, communication with them, advertising mailings or to resolve the doubts or questions raised by our visitors.

In the event that, apart from the aforementioned cases, we need to disclose your personal information to other entities, we will inform you beforehand by means of this document.
Communication: Where may we send your data?
We will not carry out international transfers of your personal data for any of the purposes indicated.
Retention: How long will we keep your data?
We will only keep your personal data for as long as is necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected. When determining the appropriate retention period, we consider the risks involved in the processing, as well as our contractual, legal and regulatory obligations, internal data retention policies and our legitimate business interests described in this Privacy Notice and Cookies Policy.
