ARGIS accelerates its ‘flex living’ business with a new purchase in Tres Cantos

Spanish fund manager boosts flex flat business with new €35m investment in Tres Cantos.

The Spanish company will develop 360 new units of flexible flats in the Madrid municipality of Tres Cantos. The project is expected to be operational by 2025.

A set of one-bedroom flats and studios for stays of no more than one year, aimed at students or young professionals, with additional services such as coworking, gym, swimming pool, multi-purpose spaces and parking spaces.

Currently ARGIS, through Flipco!, its own rental operator, manages 1,000 flexible units between the cities of Madrid and Malaga. With this growth and over the next two years, it expects to reach 5,000 flexible flats.
