ARGIS has appointed Juan Pedro Moreno as Senior Advisor, strengthening its strategic capabilities with one of Spain’s most experienced business leaders.

In his new role, Moreno will contribute to the analysis and development of initiatives related to strategy, transformation and the future evolution of ARGIS, drawing on more than 30 years of experience leading and transforming major organisations.

His appointment comes at a time of continued growth and consolidation for ARGIS, which currently manages €1.5 billion in assets and continues to develop its Integrated Capital Management model, combining capital management with in-house real estate investment, development and operating capabilities.

More than 30 years of experience in business transformation

Juan Pedro Moreno spent a significant part of his professional career at Accenture, where he served as President and Country Managing Director for Spain, Portugal and Israel.

During his career at the company, he also held several international leadership positions within financial services, including global responsibility for the banking industry, and participated in initiatives focused on innovation and business transformation.

He subsequently served as Executive Chairman of WPP in Spain.

Moreno currently holds a number of institutional and corporate governance positions. He is a member of the Boards of Directors of MAPFRE Spain and MAPFRE International, Chairman of the Social Council of the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, Chairman of the Digitaliza Madrid Advisory Board of the Community of Madrid, and founder of Sevenzonic Capital.

He holds a degree in Economics from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and a PDD from IESE Business School.

Strengthening ARGIS’ Integrated Asset Management model

Juan Pedro Moreno’s appointment forms part of ARGIS’ continued evolution and the strengthening of a model that brings together, under a single strategic direction, the capabilities required to manage the real estate value cycle.

Founded in 2015, ARGIS has a presence in Madrid, Barcelona, Bilbao, Málaga and Seville and operates through specialised platforms covering residential and Living development, Flex Living operations and the management of landmark real estate assets.

This model combines capital, investment, development and operations, providing ARGIS with in-house execution capabilities throughout the investment lifecycle.

Moreno’s appointment adds a new strategic perspective to this model as ARGIS continues to expand its scale and strengthen the capabilities required for its next stage of growth.
