ARGIS acquires 1,000 homes from Acciona for €324 million.

ARGIS, a company specialising in integrated capital management and real estate investment, has acquired 1,016 homes from Acciona for €324 million in a transaction advised by Jones Lang Lasalle. This purchase brings the company’s total number of units under development to over 3,000 and strengthens its presence in Spain’s main residential markets.

The portfolio comprises 11 developments in Madrid, Barcelona and Terrassa which are currently under construction and scheduled for completion in 2026. This transaction reinforces ARGIS’s balanced growth strategy between the Build to Sell (BTS) and Build to Rent (BTR) models, and marks the company’s entry into the Barcelona market.
