ARGIS finalises new real estate fund to grow in Spain

Seeks to raise new capital after investing 180 million in offices and residential in less than a year.

The newspaper Expansion mentions the operations carried out in less than a year by ARGIS, such as the purchase of an office building in Bilbao and several plots and flats in San Sebastian de los Reyes (Madrid).

The main operation carried out with its first large investment vehicle was the purchase from the Mutualidad de la Abogacía of BBVA’s emblematic headquarters in Bilbao for some 150 million.
