ARGIS fund launches a 708-home macro residential project in Madrid

ARGIS Living will invest 50 million euros in the development, which will have its replica in Metaverso and will be handed over to future buyers.

Brainsre News, specialised in Real Estate, published a news item about the new project of ARGIS Living, the developer of the ARGIS Fund, which will promote 708 lofts with more than 3,500 square metres of common areas, semi-Olympic indoor and outdoor swimming pool, gym, children’s climbing wall, running track and coworking.

The buyer will be able to decide on the design of the loft and can join several lofts together to achieve the layout they are looking for. They will start from 80,000 euros and will have their replica in the Metaverse.
