ARGIS invests €50 million in a new residential development in Madrid

ARGIS launches ARGIS North Tower, a residential project on Avenida de Burgos, north of Madrid, with an investment of €50 million. The building will have 68 homes with one to three bedrooms, including penthouses and ground floor flats with gardens, all with terraces or outdoor space.

The project is designed with energy efficiency criteria in mind, achieving an A rating, and includes a gym, swimming pool, children’s area, social room and spaces for pets. The location offers good transport links and access to main roads.

ARGIS acquired the plot, formerly the headquarters of Manpower, in March 2025 through its ARGIS Living Fund II, consolidating its strategy of developing high-quality sustainable residential projects in Madrid.
