The project is designed with energy efficiency criteria in mind, achieving an A rating, and includes a gym, swimming pool, children’s area, social room and spaces for pets. The location offers good transport links and access to main roads.

ARGIS acquired the plot, formerly the headquarters of Manpower, in March 2025 through its ARGIS Living Fund II, consolidating its strategy of developing high-quality sustainable residential projects in Madrid.
