ARGIS has launched its second investment fund, ARGIS Living Fund II, with a capitalisation of €250 million, focused on residential and flex living projects in Madrid. The aim is to consolidate its presence in the real estate sector through strategic acquisitions and direct property development.
The fund is starting with three main projects:
- Campo de las Naciones (former Johnson & Johnson headquarters): Conversion into more than 250 flex living units, with an investment of €51 million.
- Sanchinarro (Argis Encinar): Development of 77 office units and flexible spaces to adapt to new working trends.
- Pozuelo de Alarcón (Avenida de Europa): Residential project with 43 homes, terraces, penthouses and ground floor apartments with gardens, as well as amenities such as a swimming pool, gym and gastroteca.
Alejandro Schuvaks, founder and Managing Partner of ARGIS, highlighted that this fund reflects the company’s ability to identify and execute high-impact projects, as well as investors’ confidence in its long-term vision.
