ARGIS Living, Aedas Homes and Pryconsa lead the development of more than 12,500 homes in the Community of Madrid

The 10 main developers with the largest presence in the region have a 41% market share.

This is according to data compiled by Activum Real Estate Consulting for EL ESPAÑOL-Invertia based on the supply of new construction in the Community of Madrid.

ARGIS Living, with 863 new-build homes, is the leading developer in the ranking. The developer focuses its offer in San Sebastián de los Reyes, where it has three developments with more than 800 units, and a development of 250 units in Villaverde.

Of the more than 12,500 new-build homes for sale in the Community of Madrid, 7,611 are in neighbouring Madrid municipalities.
