ARGIS plans to add 5,000 flexible flats within two years

The fund manager boosts its flexible flats business with the purchase of a building in Madrid’s Retiro district.

The company, which already manages 800 flexible rental units through Flipco!, has acquired an 11,800 square metre property on Calle Cavanilles to build 200 flats. The total investment in the purchase and refurbishment of the property will amount to 40 million.

It is currently developing 2,170 units, of which 800 are flexible flats for rent and the rest for sale.
