Spanish fund manager ARGIS boosts flexible flat business with new €35m investment in Tres Cantos.

Spanish real estate company ARGIS is expanding its flexible rental platform with three new buildings in Tetuán, Madrid, totalling 50 units.

The investment, which amounts to €25 million, covers the construction of properties designed as new build. Flipco, managed by ARGIS, already operates six buildings with 200 flats in Tetuán, offering additional services such as gym and coworking, with a seventh building soon to open.

ARGIS plans to invest over €300 million over the next two years, aiming to reach a portfolio of 5,000 flexible rental units by the end of this expansion period.
