This residential development will be located in Madrid Content City, one of the largest production centers in Europe, and will focus on offering temporary housing solutions, not exceeding one year, to meet the demand generated by the UNIE university campus and Netflix studios.

The project will have 312 studios and 48 one-bedroom apartments, many of them with terraces, as well as a wide range of services such as an outdoor gymnasium, cinema room, gastroteca, work rooms, swimming pool, and landscaped areas, all in an environment designed to promote wellbeing and community.

The mayor of Tres Cantos, Jesús Moreno, highlighted the importance of this investment for the economic and social development of the city, committing to facilitate the administrative procedures to speed up construction. Carlos Zucchi, CEO of Argis Living, expressed his pride in contributing to the growth of Tres Cantos and emphasized that this project will not only offer housing solutions, but also enriching experiences for its residents.

Aldara Construction, with two decades of experience in the sector, will lead the development of the project, which is expected to be operational in 2026.
