ARGIS strengthens its team with the appointment of María Jesús Caballero as Director of Flex Living

ARGIS has strengthened its team with the appointment of María Jesús Caballero as Director of Flex Living, leading Flipco, the group’s flexible residential solutions operator.

With extensive experience at Greystar, where she managed more than 2,500 units, Caballero will be responsible for consolidating and expanding Argis’ flex living line, which is expected to add more than 1,000 units in the next 12 months.

According to Carlos Zucchi, CEO of ARGIS, Flipco is key to his 360º business vision, while Marta Furones, general manager of Business, highlights that Caballero’s experience will strengthen operational management and product creation in this segment.
