ARGIS appoints Aurelio Rodriguez as Chief Business Officer

ARGIS has appointed Aurelio Rodríguez as its new Chief Business Officer. In this role, he will lead the specialized platforms ARGIS Living, Flipco and Landmark Assets, with responsibility for driving their growth and strengthening their positioning in the Spanish real estate market.

Rodríguez brings more than twenty years of experience in the real estate and development sector, having held senior executive positions with full operational and P&L responsibility. Most recently, he served as Chief Operating Officer at one of Spain’s leading residential developers, where he led large multidisciplinary teams and oversaw complex development pipelines.

Throughout his career, he has built a strong track record in operational management, project execution and strategic coordination across all phases of the real estate lifecycle, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of the business.

With this appointment, ARGIS reinforces its executive structure at a key stage of growth, further strengthening its operational capabilities and commitment to disciplined execution and sustainable long-term value creation.
