ARGIS is accelerating its commitment to flexible living, with the aim of reaching 5,000 units within three years.

ARGIS, a real estate manager specialising in innovative residential solutions, has announced its expansion plan in Spain’s flex living sector, aiming to reach 5,000 units within the next three years. This model offers temporary furnished accommodation with included services, responding to the growing demand from young professionals, students, and international workers.

By 2025, ARGIS plans to deliver 1,500 flats and will invest 150 million euros in purchasing land and converting offices into living spaces. These assets are managed through its Flipco brand, enabling ARGIS to maintain operational control even after the sale of the assets. The company is committed to a flexible housing model adapted to new ways of living in urban environments.
