ARGIS launches 200M real estate fund

The investment firm plans to buy and develop ‘coliving’ projects, rental housing and tourist flats in Spain.

Spanish business daily EXPANSIÓN published a report on the preparation of Argis, the Spanish investment firm backed by Latin American and Israeli capital, to raise €200 million through its new fund with the aim of growing the residential business in Spain.
