Fund ARGIS invests 50 million in coliving in Spain through Flipco

The company promoted by Damián Harburguer and Gabriel Honoré has started operations in Madrid and has 200 rooms in the Tetuán neighbourhood.

The news published by the economic information newspaper of the real estate sector EjePrime mentions Flipco’s commitment to coliving in Spain thanks to the agreement with the Israeli fund Argis, which will invest fifty million euros in shared housing in Spain.
