Over the next two years, the Spanish management company will focus on the flexible apartment business and the purchase of iconic office buildings. It is considering entering Valencia and Seville.
The Spanish management company has reached a portfolio of assets under management valued at €1.2 billion after completing one of the largest residential transactions of the year, acquiring more than 1,000 homes in Madrid, Barcelona and Terrassa from Acciona for €324 million. This transaction, together with the purchase of five other buildings planned for 2025, brings the total investment for the year to £425 million and strengthens Argis’ position in the main urban markets.
We now have 3,000 flats in our portfolio and would like to reach 5,000 units.

With nearly 3,000 apartments in its portfolio and a target of reaching 5,000 units, Argis is advancing its growth strategy by attracting core and core plus capital, relying on international insurance companies and pension funds. At the same time, it is consolidating its long-term management model, its commitment to flex living and the conversion of offices to residential properties, and its presence in key cities such as Madrid, Barcelona, Bilbao, Terrassa and Malaga, with a view to future entries in Valencia and Seville.
