Major Spanish asset managers are accelerating their investment strategies with the launch of funds and partnerships for the purchase and commissioning of assets in Spain.
The leading Spanish asset and real estate investment managers are preparing to mobilise more than €7 billion over the next five years, supported by the launch of new funds, co-investment formulas and alliances with major international investors. The capital will be allocated mainly to the Spanish market, with a priority focus on residential properties of various types, as well as urban transformation and change of use operations.
LThe management company founded by Alejandro Schuvaks and Carlos Zucchi in 2015 currently has a portfolio of real estate assets under management valued at £1.2 billion and expects to reach £2.4 billion in assets in the country within two years, mainly in the residential and office sectors.
With portfolios reaching €14.5 billion under management in the case of Azora and €1.2 billion in Argis, these platforms are strengthening their positioning through diversified strategies that combine residential, flex living, senior living, hotels and core office assets. The common goal is to consolidate long-term growth models, attract institutional capital and take advantage of opportunities arising from the conversion of assets and the development of new projects in major urban markets.
