ARGIS sells 4,800 sqm coliving operational portfolio in Madrid

ARGIS has put up for sale the largest operational coliving portfolio in Madrid, which includes 143 individual units spread over seven buildings, totaling 4,800 square meters. This portfolio, valued at close to €30 million, offers a yield of 4.35% and is operated by the company Flipco! The properties, located in the Tetuán neighborhood, include both new construction and refurbishments, and offer common services such as coworking and laundry facilities.

In addition, ARGIS continues to expand its presence in the flex living market in Madrid. Last November, it inaugurated three new buildings in Tetuán and acquired properties to develop 200 more units in Retiro, with an investment plan of 300 million euros for the next biennium, with the goal of reaching 5,000 flex rental units.
