ARGIS starts construction of 192 units in Madrid

ARGIS, an investment and management company specialised in Real Estate, starts the construction of its development ARGIS Sotoverde. This project located in the north of Madrid is composed of 192 units distributed in 6 buildings with 4 floors each one and 272 private underground parking spaces with pre-installation of electric charging for electric vehicles.

ARGIS Sotoverde offers a variety of typologies of studio and duplex units from one to three rooms with a surface area ranging from 40 square metres to 110 square metres; all units have large terraces and gardens of up to 140 square metres. Prices range from 139,900 euros to 345,000 euros.

The new property development has extensive communal areas, two swimming pools, a sports area with paddle tennis court, children’s area, barbecues and communal gardens of more than 5,000 square metres.

In this project, ARGIS reaffirms its strong environmental commitment with the installation of eco-sustainable energy solutions. A heating and air conditioning system based on geothermal energy will be implemented, taking advantage of the heat from the subsoil to air-condition the spaces in an environmentally friendly way and with high savings for the clients. In addition, the six buildings that make up the development will have solar panel installations located on the rooftops, ensuring a supply of solar energy.
